How to make Kale vegetables, into Njama Njama RECIPE:

Making Kale Njama Njama.
You will need:
-Kale greens
-Maggi
-red oil
-Limestone
-Tomatoes
-Onions

-Fix your kale and get rid of the stems.

-Boil it for a bit, with water, Maggi (not salt, Salt will change the color of the greens), and Kangwa(or Limestone, to keep the greens green)


-Drain the leaves out when they look a little weaker and chop them to your desired size. I chop mine up in one direction and the other direction as well. (i am bad at descriptions lol..i should have taken more pics. sorry.)

-Fry small tomatoes and onions in red oil and toss in ur Kale greens. Now what could be easier.

-Kale is tough so the tendency for it to get too soft is very slim. but u want the greens to stay crunchy.

-Spice as desired. et voila.
