Plantain Tapé Tapé et du Poisson(Fish) RECIPE:

TAPÉ TAPÉ
You will need:
-Plantains( half ripe or unripe)
-oil (for frying)
-salt
-black pepper
-a wooden spoon


Peel and cut up your plantains; maybe every one into 4 pieces. Spice it up with salt and black peppers.

 (Regular frying) i cant tell you how to fry now :) lol. I don`t like reusing oil, so i`ll rather fry shallow.
Fry until they look like they just got a tan ;), so yellow not golden like a fake tan lol.
Take them out of the oil and use the back end of your wooden spoon to crush it in one direction on a cutting board. - Like so:

-This is what it should look like. For extra spice usually just for unripe plantains, rub some more salt on them now.

Use your tongs to place them back in the oil.
-Now remove them and let them drain.
-I use paper towel as well to drain them.
THE FISH
You will need :
-Onions
-Green peppers
-some oil
-Maggi and salt
-Fish Spice( or a mixture of ginger and garlic)
-Fish (whichever you'd like)
Put small oil in a frying pan, say 4 table spoons. Put your vegetables right in with salt,spice and Maggi. Its like using the vegetables and spices to flavor the oil for the fish. Don't let them fry fully, add a teaspoon of water, this helps to create the sauce. 
Take the vegetables out and use the sauce/oil to cook your fish. The fish i used could cook in a microwave in 2 seconds. Depending on the fish u r using, try to equate your liquid and cooking time to the type of fish u r using.
