Baked potatoes & Chicken boobs with cabbage RECIPE:
You will need:(for 1 person)
- 3 potatoes (as much as you want)
- Half of a cabbage
- Wok seasonings WOKLIFEHERE
-Non sweet..cooking teriyaki
-Garlic paste/sauce
-Soy sauce
- 1/2 Onion
- a little oil (olive or sunflower)
- 1 chicken boob
-1/2 green pepper
-1/2 green pepper
The pictures are very self explanatory so i wont blab much.
1.Place half a cup of water in the wok and your half chopped cabbage
2. Keep turning it until its half cooked
3. When it looks like this, take it out and place in a bowl. set aside.
4. Chop your ingredients and set aside too.
5. Put some oil in the wok and fry your onions
6. Here is the tricky part, your choice of seasoning and quantity all depends on your taste. Here i have kikoman unsweetened teriyaki, dry garlic sauce and soy sauce.
7. Add your seasoning into the onions, then the chicken boobs. Here you can add salt and taste.
Then the green pepper.
Boil your potatoes in salt and fully covered with water
when they are ready, take them out. Now, this is wayy healthier than frying. Place allumininum foil on a baking pan/tray... place a little putter on it & pput your boiled potatoes on ... giggle & wiggle the pan to get the melting butter all over
set your oven to broil and place the tray in until it is brown..
I got too hungry, it could be browner lol
