Salmon, Dodo and Asparagus spears Recipe:

Salmon, Dodo and Asparagus spears
You will need:

- 1 Salmon Slice
- 1 bundle of asparagus; u'll only use 1/2 or 1/4
- Some table butter
- 2 Ripe plantains
- Slat and pepper
- 1 tablespoon of flour

The Asparagus:
My history: Lets just say this is the first time i am getting asparagus right..
What i think: its flavor is almost like boiled beans so i am yet to figure out how else it can be cooked.

How to: So i Googled(lol) how to get perfect asparagus and it said so...
1. Prep your veg, peel the stems with a blunt knife and cut off the hard part of the stem, way at the bottom.

2. Wash them again, usually it is best to cut the buds equally for a neater plate(if u care)
3. Now, put cold water in a sauce pan or a frying pan that has a cover, put your asparagus in and bring to a boil. Cover it... don't take your eyes off. Once  they turn bright green...
4. 'SHOCK them with cold water' for about 23 minutes...some people actually use ice with the water. I hear every single cook make that shock statement... so i used it.
5. Once its done, bright green, and has cooled down -----> follow the pics. The pan might still be warm enough to melt the butter. Put a little butter over it like below
6. Use tongs to flip and mix them

7. Add salt and pepper (actually you can also boil with salt if you'd like)

In the end pick the spears up with tongs and place on a dry plate.
They should be able to break like the picture below and still be bendy (if it can't break, u failed!! lol .. sowwy. i failed many times too)

The Salmon:
1. Rinse your salmon slice gently
2. pat dry with a close or paper towel

3. On a saucer, put your spoon of flour(u can use bread crumbs too) , salt and pepper. (I added some paprika)

4. Coat the fish in this and place some butter in a pan. Brown the salmon slice on both sides (medium heat) , it should have cooked by the time its brown.

A perfectly cooked Salmon. Still in shape.

Dodo: Of course you know how too
Sauce: I had some sauce from my previous meal
